Yes, we plan to add such feature in the next versions but that will be Linux server side of Network Serial Port Kit only.

Hi there - was there ever any progress on this? My customer needs this for their product. It appears that you use a proprietary protocol on the socket - is there a way to connect to a raw socket with no handshake/protocol? I have that working on the Linux side. Alternatively is there a way to get the protocol details?

Thanks,

Brad.

Dear Brad,
What if you try to use our alternative solution: Serial Port Redirector.
It creates virtual COM port on Windows side and allows to redirect all traffic to specified IP address/TCP port.
Raw TCP protocol is used as transport (also Telnet RFC2217 COM port control protocol is supported).

Thanks.
