redirector server

Hi all.
 
I would like to know if you have somethink like redirector but instead of  perform tcp connection, i need that work like a tcp server.
The aplication is that i need to connect to modems GPR that are located in a private net, this net dont admit TCP connection from outside the grps net. So the modems will init the connection lyke tcp client and the "redirector" would be the server.

Yes, we plan to develop server side of Serial Port Redirector at the nearest future. Thank you very much for feedback.
