Hi, everybody!!

I have a problem re-installing the USB for remote desktop server).

I installed yesterday the workstation and server setup, and it was ok... all worked very good with my UareU 4000b fingerprint... today, i uninstall the 'server version' and i had prblems with the re-installation....

This is what i'm doing...

1) i run the install wizard...
2) when the files are been instaling, apears an error 'Service USB for remote desktop (server) service (stusbrdsrv) could not be installed. Verify taht you have sufficien privileges to install seystem services' I had to cancel the install... it could'n be happennig ... im using the windows 2003 administrator account.
3) i searched in the services... the service ''Service USB for remote desktop (server) service' and it's down... i tried to start it and appears another error: 1053.

Could you help me?? Thank you!!!

Launch setup, using MSI's  LOG=1 parameter.
To do this you need to launch Command Line (Run -> cmd), find the folder where the setup file is (setup-usbrdp-server.msi) and type this string:

setup-usbnet-client.msi LOG=1

As result it generates setup-usbrdp-server.log file in the same folder. Please send it to support@fabulatech.com so that we can see what the problem is.

Is it possible for you to send us your sysinfo?

To get sysinfo you need to do the following:
Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information
File -> Save

Thanks! Looking forward to your reply.
